Pacific Wildcat Resources Corp. (TSXV:PAW) announced that they have closed the first tranche of the private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000.

As quoted in the press release:

A total of 1,849,285 Units were issued in closing of the First Tranche, for gross proceeds to the Company of $129,450.
