Orbite Aluminae Inc. (TSX:ORT,OTCQX:EORBF) announced results from its Annual General Meeting, held in Quebec on June 20, 2013. Shareholders voted to appoint KPMG LLP as the Company’s auditor and authorized the directors to fix the remuneration of the auditor. All resolutions were passed and all nominated directors were re-elected to the board.
