Molycorp (NYSE:MCP) announced that the SEC will not be proceeding with enforcement action.
As quoted in the press release:
The staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today informed Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP) that it has completed its investigation of, among other things, the accuracy of the Molycorp’s public disclosures, and it is not recommending that any enforcement action be taken against the Company. The SEC initiated its investigation of Molycorp in August 2012.
