The Australian reported yesterday that Lynas Corporation Ltd. (ASX:LYC) has emerged victorious from another battle over the operating license for its Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP).
As quoted in the market news:
The Malaysian Federal Court, the highest court in the country, dismissed with costs an appeal from the Save Malaysia Stop Lynas group.
The group was seeking leave to apply for judicial review of the Atomic Energy Licensing Board’s decision to issue Lynas with a temporary operating licence.
The decision affirms previous decisions by the Court of Appeal and the Kuantan High Court, Lynas said.
