    Sydney Morning Herald reported that shares of Lynas Corp. (ASX:LYC) fell as the company continued to deal with obstacles related to its Malaysian rare earth plant.

    As quoted in the market news:

    Shares in Lynas plunged 19¢, or 16 per cent, in the space of 10 minutes yesterday afternoon after investors were spooked by a Malaysian government announcement that the company “had not been given any permission to import ores into the country”.
