Lynas Refinery Review

Sydney Morning Herald reported that a special team has been appointed to assist with a review of Lynas Corp’s (ASX:LYC) Malaysia refinery.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The investigation will look at whether the refinery being built by Lynas in Malaysia’s central Pahang state carries any threat of radioactive contamination. Public protests have escalated over the plant, which could become the first such facility outside China in years.
