Lynas Corporation Ltd. (ASX:LYC) announced that the Malaysian Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) has issued a Full Operating Stage License for its Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP).
Lynas Corporation Ltd. (ASX:LYC) announced that the Malaysian Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) has issued a Full Operating Stage License for its Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP).
As quoted in the press release:
This decision follows a rigorous review undertaken by the AELB and other independent regulatory bodies in Malaysia, all of whom have concluded that the LAMP is in compliance with applicable regulations.
Nicholas Curtis, chairman of Lynas, commented:
Receiving this license is another significant milestone for Lynas, and validates the safe and secure operation of the LAMP during the two year tenure of the Temporary Operating License (TOL).
