GreenLight Resources 2011 Objectives Exploring Atlantic Canada

GreenLight Resources Inc (TSXV:GR) reports  it’s accomplishments for last year and its objectives for 2011.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Completed a $250,000 equity financing in February 2010 when the company was trading at $0.11

Acquired an advanced staged Lithium project in Nova Scotia whereby the Company can earn a 75% interest over a three-year program

Completed a series of equity financing from April 2010 through to January 2011 for gross proceeds of $2,484,900.
