Greenland Working Towards Uranium Production, to Impact Rare Earths Project

Mining Weekly reported that Greenland is working towards gaining parliamentary approval to enable uranium production, which according to Greenland Minerals and Energy, will have impact on their Kvanefjeld project.

As quoted in the market report:

Uranium is expected to be a significant by-product of rare earths production from Kvanefjeld and by-product revenues are expected to provide Kvanefjeld with a highly competitive cost structure, which would give it a significant economic advantage over rare-earth-only operations.
