Cache Exploration Inc. (CVE:CAY) reports the appointment of Mr. Adrian J. Van de Mosselaer to the position of Director and Vice President of Corporate Communications.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Cache has granted Mr. Van de Mosselaer options for 200,000 shares exercisable over 5 years at $0.20 each, subject to vesting provisions.
Cache also wishes to thank Mr. Gurcharn Deol for stepping down from the Board to enable Cache to maintain the desired number of five directors. Mr. Deol has again demonstrated that his interests are clearly aligned with the best interests of Cache.
Cache’s President and CEO, Mr. George A. Brown says:
“Mr. Van de Mosselaer will focus on ensuring that the investment community is made aware of the exciting projects Cache is working on. We feel that Cache should stand out amongst the many exploration companies for the quality and diversity of our properties and our experienced management. Cache intend to increase the exposure of the opportunity this represents.”
