Nevada Clean Magnesium Announces $250,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement
Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. (TSXV:NVM,FWB:M1V) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $250,000 through the issuance of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per Unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (a “Share”) plus a two year share purchase warrant (a “Warrant). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.10 for two years from the date of issue.
