MGX Minerals Inc. (CSE:XMG) announced a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to CA$300,000 consisting of shares at a price of CA$0.30 per share.
As quoted in the press release:
MGX Minerals Inc. (“MGX” or the “Company”) (CSE: XMG / FKT:1MG) announces that the Company intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) of up to 1,000,000 shares at a price of CA$0.30 per share, for gross proceeds of up to CA$300,000.
Net proceeds from the Offering will be used for continued permitting of MGX’s Driftwood Creek magnesium property as well as general administrative and corporate purposes.
