Lion One Metals Limited (TSXV:LIO,OTCQX:LOMLF,FWB:LY1) announced the resignation of Mr. Kelly Fielder as Corporate Secretary and Director of the Company.
Mr. Hamish Greig has accepted the position of Vice President and Corporate Secretary and joins the Company’s Board of Directors.
“I wish to express my gratitude to Mr. Fielder for his contributions to the Company and for building our operations base in Fiji, and wish him well with his future endeavors,” said Walter H. Berukoff, Chairman of the Lion One board.
