Caldera Resources Inc. (TSXV:CDR) announced that it has completed two days of hearings last Tuesday and Wednesday in New York City in its current Arbitration Claim filed against Global Gold Corporation.
As quoted in the press release:
The Claim seeks confirmation, inter alia, that the JV Agreement between Caldera and GBGD signed on March 24, 2010 is in full force and effect.
Hearings will continue again on Monday, October 31, 2011 and completion of the cross-examination of Mr. Bill Mavridis, President and CEO of Caldera, and the conclusion of the presentation of Caldera’s case is expected during the week.
