U3O8 Corp Discovers High-Grade Vanadium/Uranium in Argentina
U3O8 Corp (TSX:UWE) has discovered a new mineralized area hosting the highest uranium and vanadium grades found to date in the Laguna Salada district of Chabut province, Argentina, Mining Weekly reported.
U3O8 Corp (TSX:UWE) has discovered a new mineralized area hosting the highest uranium and vanadium grades found to date in the Laguna Salada district of Chabut province, Argentina, Mining Weekly reported.
Canada-based U3O8 said the La Rosada discovery shows the potential for a uranium-vanadium district in near-surface, soft gravels in the semi-desert environment.
As quoted in the market news:
This new discovery adds to our conviction that mineralisation in the Laguna Salada Deposit 1 and at La Rosada form part of a larger uranium district in which further exploration may lead to more discoveries and significant resource growth potential,” company president and CEO Dr Richard Spencer said.
