Thundermin Completes $1 Million Flow Through Private Placement

Thundermin Resources Inc. (TSX:THR) announced the completion of a non-brokered private placement for financing of just over $1 million.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund Thundermin’s exploration projects in Canada that qualify as “Canadian exploration expenses” under the Income Tax Act (Canada).
