    Rocky Mountain enters into agreement with Byron Capital Markets

    Rocky Mountain Resources Corp. (RKY:TSX-V) reported that the company has entered into an Advisory Services Agreement with Byron Capital Markets, a division of Byron Securities Ltd. of Toronto.

    Rocky Mountain Resources Corp. (RKY:TSX-V) reported that the company has entered into an Advisory Services Agreement with Byron Capital Markets, a division of Byron Securities Ltd. of Toronto.

    The press release is quoted as saying:

    Under the terms of the agreement, Byron will introduce Rocky Mountain capital market participants and other strategic investors; provide strategic advice to maximize shareholder value; assist with advice on Rocky Mountain’s strategic external growth initiatives including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; and make introductions and structure relationships with strategic business partners.
