As quoted in the market report:
Qatar Holdings said it would therefore use its entire shareholding in Xtrata to vote that the New Scheme Resolution 1 and New Scheme Resolution 2 being passed, while at the Further Xtrata General Meeting it would abstain from voting in the Management Incentive Arrangements and vote in favor of Resolution 1.
