Largo Resources Closes Private Placement Financing

Largo Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:LGO) reporte that it has completed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement of 22,727,273 special warrants of the Company, at a price of $0.22 per Special Warrant, for gross proceeds of approximately $5,000,000.
