Increase to Previously Announced Private Placement

American Vanadium Corp. (TSXV:AVC) reports the non-brokered private placement has been increased to 2,334,667 units for total proceeds of $3,502,000.50.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company and one-quarter of a share purchase warrant exercisable at the price of $2.00 each for a period of 18 months from closing.
