American Strategic Minerals’ Sites May Contain Uranium/Vanadium Mineralization

American Strategic Minerals Corp. (OTCBB:ASMC) announced that it has agreed to sell California Gold Corp. (OTCBB:CLGL) a geological summary on its Martin Mesa and Bull Canyon properties, which may contain significant uranium/vanadium mineralization.

As quoted in the market news:

The Martin Mesa and Bull Canyon properties, the two properties described in the Report, may have substantial uranium/vanadium mineralization and may contain gold and a variety of other valuable minerals in association with the uranium/vanadium mineralization. CGC will use the Report to determine if further work is warranted on the properties to determine the extent of the gold and other mineral potential.
