(TSXV:AMY) President and CEO, Larry Reaugh, spoke to Resource Investing News on the benefits of electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD), which is used in the rechargeable batteries sector. Mr. Reaugh says, “we have a purity of EMD that others are not able to obtain” and explains the big advantage to their process because only light crushing – the same used for breaking down coal – and no grinding is involved. No metal particles are introduced in their product, and it has recoveries of 95% in less than half an hour.
