Cancana Confirms Acceptance of Renegotiated Agreement with Amazon

Cancana Resources Corp. (TSXV:CNY) announced that new terms for the acquisition of Amazon Resources have been agreed to by shareholders.

The press release is quoted as saying:

This reduction in the number of Cancana common shares issued for this transaction represents a substantial savings and benefit to the shareholders of Cancana as well as providing for much less dilution of the Company’s share capital.
