(TSX VENTURE:AMY)(PINK SHEETS:AMYZF) reported that the company has filed a preliminary short form prospectus dated April 28, 2010 in the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, in connection with a public offering of units, on a best efforts basis, at a price of $0.32 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000.
