New World Closes First Tranches of Non-Brokered Private Placement

New World Resource Corp. (TSXV:NW,FRA:NWU) announced that the first two tranches of its non-brokered private placement have closed.

In the first tranche of the private placement, the Company has issued 2,320,000 Units (the “Units”) at $0.40 per Unit to institutional and private investors.
