Lithium Exploration Group (OTC:LEXG) secures an additional $1,500,000 in capital to advance the company’s Valleyview Project.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The term sheet that has been executed by the parties is in regards to a placement of convertible debentures in the principal amount of $1,500,000, payable in three equal tranches, to be fully funded by August 1, 2011.
