Eureka Resources Closes $152,500 Second Tranche of Financing

Eureka Resources (TSXV:EUK) announced today that it has closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement of units at $0.075 per Unit announced on March 7, 2016.
Proceeds from the Offering will be used for exploration of the Company’s mineral properties and for working capital.
