Dajin Resources Corp. (TSXV:DJI,OTCMKTS:DJIFF) announced that, subject to regulatory approval, a non-brokered Private Placement has been arranged for 10,555,000 Units at a price of $0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,266,600.
The proceeds from the Private Placement will be used for property exploration, project development and for general working capital.
