China Sun Group High-Tech Co. (“China Sun Group”) produces cathode materials used in lithium ion batteries. Through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Dalian Xinyang High-Tech Development Co. Ltd (“DLX”), the Company primarily produces cobaltosic oxide and lithium ion phosphate.
