Candorado Closes $100,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

(TSX VENTURE:CDO)(FRANKFURT:HQU)(BERLIN:HQU) reported that the company has received TSX Venture Exchange final approval on February 16, 2010, for a non brokered private placement of 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for total proceeds of $100,000.
