Triton Returns High-grade Graphite Mineralization at Balama North
Triton Minerals Ltd. (ASX:TON) provided an update on a number of programs completed last year at its Mozambique-based Balama North graphite project, commenting that all “have returned high grade graphite mineralisation.”

Highlights include:
Infill drilling results confirm the continuity of high grade graphite mineralisation throughout Cobra Plains prospect
- Trenching confirms high grade graphite mineralisation extending over the Nicanda Hill prospect north of previously announced drilling with length-weighted average graphite carbon grades including:
- 120m @ 11.38% Graphite carbon (GrC)
- 101.5m @ 10.9% GrC
- 42m @ 13.35% GrC
- 30m @ 13.55% GrC
- Numerous significant weighted average graphite carbon intersections returned from the drilling program at Nicanda Hill prospect which include:
- 14.7m @ 18.7% from 3.3m (TMBD0005)
- 9.2m @ 12.3% from 19.3m (TMBD0005)
- 15.5m @ 11.2% from 33.8m (TMBD0005)
- 9.2m @ 12.3% from 19.3m (TMBD0005)
- 15.5m @ 11.2% from 33.8m (TMBD0005)
- 32.5m @ 8.19% from 2.3m (TMBD0006)
- 38.5m @ 13.95% from 88m (TMBD0006)
- (including 25.2m @ 18.45%)
