Standard Graphite Corp. (TSXV:SGH) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to C$750,000.00.
As quoted in the press release:
Each Unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant (the “Warrant”) will be exercisable by the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.25 for a period of twenty four (24) months following the closing of the financing.
