Mason Announces Stock Option Issuance

Mason Graphite Inc (TSXV:LLG) announced that it has issued 4,840,000 options for its company directors, officers, employees, and consultants, which can be purchased at $0.60 until April 23, 2018.

As quoted in the press release:

The options will vest in three installments; one third will vest upon issuance, one third will vest after one year following issuance, and the last third will vest two years following issuance. The option grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
