Mining Weekly reported Lincoln Minerals (TSXV:LMG,ASX:LML) said a scoping study into its Koppio-Kookaburra Gully graphite project shows the project is viable.
As quoted in the market news:
The scoping study contemplated a 200 000 t/y graphite operation, consisting of an opencut mine and an on-site processing plant. The study was based on an inferred resource of some 880 000 t at 11.5% graphitic carbon.
It was expected that the project would require a capital investment of some A$37.9-million.
