Graphite One Resources Inc. (TSXV:GPH,OTCQX:GPHOF) sold 5,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.085 per share. 2,500,000 shares sold were the personal holdings of a director and officer of the Company.
As quoted in the press release:
…announces that 5,000,000 common shares of Graphite One were sold pursuant to crosses which occurred through the Pure trading facilities of the CNSX Markets Inc. at a price of $0.085 per share, of which 2,500,000 shares sold were the personal holdings of a director and officer of the Company. The proceeds from this sale will be used to fund the subscription for 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit in the non-brokered private placement previously announced August 27, 2013 subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
