(TSXV:GPH,OTCQX:GPHOF) announced that it has completed and closed on the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering as originally announced in the December 2, 2015 and February 26, 2016 press releases. Together with the first tranche which closed January 18, 2016, the Company raised gross proceeds of $704,091.
The net proceeds of this Offering will be used for exploration and development of the Company’s Graphite Creek Project and for general working capital purposes.
