Graphite One Resources Inc. (TSXV:GPH,OTCQX:GPHOF) announced that it has completed and closed on the first tranche of its $600,000 non-brokered private placement offering as originally announced on December, 2, 2015.
As quoted in the press release:
Pursuant to this closing, the Company has issued 4,823,222 Units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.09 per Unit for a total of $434,090. Each Unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a purchase price of $0.12 per share on or before the date occurring 3 years from the date of the closing of the Private Placement.
