Graniz Mondal Inc (TSXV:GRA.H) announced that it has discovered wide intercepts of graphite mineralization at its Brunet deposit. The company said drilling results showed 5% graphite mineralization over 209ft and 7.2% over 163ft.
As quoted in the press release:
Dr Berthe Lambert, Chairman, comments: “The initial drilling results will add significant new tonnage to the Brunet large flake graphite deposit. The most interesting development is the discovery of a new graphite zone at the 100 metre level that was not identified in historical data. The drilling program should allow us to confirm that we are in front of a large flake graphite body similar to IMERYS TIMCAL’s deposit 28 miles west of our mine. Also, there is a breakthrough, graphene can be produced from large flake graphite“.
