Battery MetalsFocus Graphite Inc. (TSXV:FMS,OTCQX:FCSMF) settled its legal recourse against Everton Resources Inc., which arose due to a transaction by the Company in relation to the Labrador Trough group of properties.
As quoted in the press release:
Focus’s rights and assets are unaffected by the proceedings and their settlement. Focus is pleased to have resolved the matter amicably.
