Focus Graphite Inc.(TSXV:FMS) announced commencing its drill program at its Lac Knife property. Focus are planning 5,000 meters of infill drilling at the property with the aim of upgrading its existing inferred resource to an indicated resource.
As quoted in the press release:
The results of the 5,000 meter program will be used to revise and upgrade the company’s 4.9 million tons at 15.8% Cgr indicated (Carbon as graphite) and 3.0 million tons at 15.6% Cgr inferred NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate published in December 2011.
Focus Graphite, President and CEO, Gary Economo, stated:
Lac Knife deposit remains open in all directions and at depth and we anticipate that our drilling will permit us to upwardly revise our resource estimate at the end of the program.
