Canada Strategic Metals (TSXV:CJC,FWB:YXEN,OTCBB:CJCFF) announced that it and Lomiko Metals Inc. had drilled 14 holes on the La Loutre property to date with all of them intersecting zones of graphite mineralization. The graphite occurs in a disseminated form in multiple sections ranging from a few meters to several meters long.

According to the press release:

Fourteen diamond drillholes have been drilled on the La Loutre property to date, all of which have intersected zones of graphite mineralization. The graphite occurs in disseminated form in multiple sections ranging from a few metres to several tens of metres long. Some sections also contain semi-massive to massive graphite mineralization over several metres.

The Company is very encouraged by these initial results, and is therefore planning to increase the program from 2,000 metres to 3,000 metres of drilling. The goal of the exploration program is to identify high-grade, near-surface graphite mineralization to rapidly build a resource at La Loutre project, suitable for conversion to battery-grade graphite.
