Big North Graphite Corp. (TSXV:NRT) increased and closed its private placement of 12,600,000 units at $0.05 per unit, for total gross proceeds of $630,000. The final tranche of the private placement consisted of 9,000,000 units and closed on August 7, 2013 for gross proceeds of $450,000.
As quoted in the press release:
The final tranche closed on August 7, 2013 and consisted of 9,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of $450,000 (the “Offering”).
Each Unit consists of a common share in the capital of the Company (a “Share”) and one common share purchase
warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Share at a price of $0.10 per Share for
two years following the closing of the Offering.
