Berkwood Resources Revises Property Option Agreement

Berkwood Resources Ltd (TSXV:BKR) has announced that it has made amendments to the terms of the Lac Gueret East Graphite Property mineral property option agreement.

As quoted in the press release:

Under the amended option agreement, the total cash payable to the vendors has been reduced from $285,000 to $150,000 and the aggregate number of common shares issuable to the vendors has been reduced from 1,250,000 shares to 500,000 shares.
