Alabama Graphite Corp. (CNSX:ALP,OTC:ABGPF,FWB:A1G,US:ABGPF) held its annual general meeting on March 8, 2013. All matters put forth at the meeting were approved – five directors of the Company were set, shareholders re-appointed DeVisser Gray LP, Chartered Accountants as the Company’s auditors, and a 10% rolling stock option plan was approved.

The number of directors of the Company was set at five. Daniel Spine, James K. Duff, Wade N. Black, Jean Depatie and John Morita were elected to the Company’s board of directors. The shareholders re-appointed DeVisser Gray LP, Chartered Accountants as the auditors of the Company and also approved a 10% rolling stock option plan of the Company.
