… Arnold Klassen has tendered his resignation as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors in order to devote more time to other business interests.
Zincore CEO and President, Jorge Benavides, said:
For four and a half years Arnold has been a tremendous resource for Zincore and we appreciate all of his contributions. Although we will miss his input, we understand his desire to focus on his other business interests. We wish Arnold all the best in all his endeavours.
