Trevali Mining Corporation (TSX:TV) announced it has filed a preliminary short-form prospectus in connection with a “best efforts” marketed offering of common shares in the capital of the Company for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$10,000,000.

Trevali Mining Corporation (TSX:TV) announced it has filed a preliminary short-form prospectus in connection with a “best efforts” marketed offering of common shares in the capital of the Company for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$10,000,000.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for ongoing commissioning and ramp-up expenditures at its Caribou Zinc Mine in New Brunswick, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
