Tarsis Resources Ltd. ( CVE:TCC) reports one million financing subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The financing proceeds will be used for mineral exploration in the Yukon and Mexico, the review of new projects, and general corporate purposes.

Tarsis Resources President and CEO, Marc G. Blythe says:
