Prominex Resource Corp. (TSXV:PXR) announced the cancelling of a private placement previously announced on November 8, 2012. The new Private Placement will offer 23,333,333 units at $0.015 for gross proceeds of up to $350,000.00. The Company intends to use the proceeds to further exploration programs at its Tulks Lake and Lake Bond properties.
