Prominex Resource Closes Private Placement

 Prominex Resource Corp. (TSXV:PXR) closed the private placement that was previously announced on April 5th, 2013 for net proceeds of $320,550. There were 21,370,000 units issued at a price of $0.015 per unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each Unit comprises one common share and one full share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of 12 months from closing at a price of $0.05 per share.
