Lithic Resources Announces $180,000 Private Placement

 Lithic Resources Ltd. (TSXV:LTH) announced a private placement consisting of 3,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.06 per share, for gross proceeds of $180,000.

As quoted in the press release:

…it has agreed to a non-brokered private placement by a small group of insiders. The placement consists of 3 million common shares at a price of six cents per share for gross proceeds of $180,000. There is no commission payable.
